About Us

Back2Back has been a locally owned gym since 2016. In 2019 we expanded to become one of the largest gyms in Southern California, however we were forced to shut our doors late 2020 due to Covid. In January 2021 we purchased Rio Bravo Crossfit and Back2Back Sports Complex was reborn. 


What We Offer

24/7 Free Weights

Train on your schedule with 24/7 access to our fully equipped Free Weights Room. This space is designed for serious training and full-body conditioning, featuring a wide range of dumbbells, weight plates, strength machines, cardio equipment, and a dedicated indoor turf area for functional movements and mobility work.

Step outside to our expansive outdoor training zone—also fully turfed—perfect for sled pushes, agility drills, and open-air workouts. Enjoy a high-energy atmosphere with music playing both indoors and outdoors, plus 5 TVs throughout the space to keep you motivated and engaged.

Additional amenities include on-site restrooms, our Flowater machine to quench your thirst, and secure access through our mobile app, giving you seamless entry to the gym at any time, day or night.

Burn40 Classes

BURN40 is our signature 40-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that blends nonstop cardio, running, and functional strength work using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. Designed to keep your heart rate up and your body constantly moving, this fast-paced group workout delivers maximum results in minimal time.

Whether you're just getting started or already experienced, BURN40 is beginner-friendly and scalable for all fitness levels. Every session is coach-led with structured intervals to help you build endurance, burn fat, and improve overall fitness.

 It’s the perfect foundation to build confidence, conditioning, and strength.

CrossFit

 Our CrossFit program delivers a high-intensity, results-driven training experience designed to build strength, endurance, and overall athleticism. Every class is coach-led and combines functional movements like lifting, running, rowing, and gymnastics in constantly varied workouts that challenge all fitness levels. 

 To ensure safety and maintain class intensity, all participants must have recent CrossFit experience within the last 6 months. This requirement helps us maintain a fast-paced, advanced training environment tailored to those who are already familiar with foundational CrossFit movements and class structure.
